Southend Estate Agents

I am an 'Essex Boy'!, born in Billericay but with large parts of my family from Southend and Thorpe Bay, I now live next to Southchurch Park, just moments away from the lovely seafront and historic Southchurch Hall. A little bit about me, I'm an experienced agent having over 35 years in the property industry.

Property is in my blood. As an experienced landlord myself, I have a wealth of knowledge covering sales, lettings, property management, auctions, investments, buy-to-let and even overseas properties. I'm very much the man to speak to in Southend! Having worked for some of the biggest and most well-known agency competitors across the South of England before starting my own franchised business with EweMove, I know first-hand how important providing my customers with a tailored service to suit their requirements is.

I think the most important thing to remember when being an Estate Agent is how to communicate with people, offering customers the level of support and guidance they deserve when moving makes such a difference...it can be a stressful time but I do my best to smooth the process for great results.

About Southend

Southend-on-Sea is world famous for having the longest pier in the world and is certainly worth a visit when scouting around in the area looking for your next home.

I love Southend-on-Sea for its rich Victorian history and seaside attractions. I am a water-sign so I have always been attracted to rivers or the sea and being so close to the River Thames is a dream for me. I find that a lot of people want to move to Southend and the surrounding areas as mainly because of the amazing green spaces and parks, of course the beach is lovely and if you enjoy water sports you have an abundance to chose from with several local clubs and facilities. If you want to be close to the city, the commute to Central London is only some 50 minutes on a fast train which is amazing - The best of the city and countryside to boot!
