Hinckley Estate Agents
I started in Estate Agency in 2015 with EweMove following a career and lifestyle change in order to have the flexibility to be a larger part of my daughter's life, particularly as she goes through schooling. Having decided on a franchise business, I was immediately drawn to the massive change that the founders were adopting in positioning EweMove as a new breed of Estate Agent bringing the highest level of customer service back to an industry that was full of complacent agents. I wanted to be a part of that!
"Since then I’ve assisted so many people find their dream home, that I’ve got a reputation for selling homes quickly and for a higher value than the local competition, with great customer service throughout. I guess that's why so many people I have helped in the past have come back the next time they want to move. I really love my job, I know it sounds cheesy, but helping people find their dream home and assisting them to navigate what is often the most stressful episode in our lives has given me great satisfaction. I find it genuinely fulfilling working for myself, and the fact that I can be there from start to finish for my customers is how so many people I have helped move became personal friends.
And that’s all there is to know really, I can’t wait to hear more about you though. Get in touch and tell me all about why you want to move, and what it is you’re looking for. Talk soon!"
About Hinckley
Let me introduce myself. I’m Gus Critchlow, your local EweMove personal agent. I’m originally from Birmingham but moved here in 2000 and it’s been home to my amazing wife Row and I ever since, and more recently to our young daughter Ava. We relocated due to work and haven’t looked back!
I found that Hinckley & Burbage, and the surrounding villages, have such a lovely communal feel and never is that more evident than in the many pubs & restaurants that we are fortunate enough to have in great number and good quality - bumping into friends in The Sycamores or The Red Lion, or meeting up at some of our great restaurants, the Windsor Tiffin, The Leeja, House Kitchen and Barnacles, to name just a few. Or attending one of the many events hosted to bring the community together such as our carnivals, classic car events, pancake or Santa races or the soap box derby! There's a great community spirit here.
With plenty of this kind of community activity and with investment in our Town Centre such as the retail and restaurant hub, The Crescent, our own cinema, a recently rebuilt Leisure Centre and lots more, we are regularly welcoming new residents into our area from nearby towns and from further afield. It's great for commuters with excellent rail and road links. Perhaps you will be next?
